By placing an order or booking a rental service with us, you agree to this Cancellation Policy.


1. Order Cancellation for Purchased Products

Before Dispatch

Orders for purchased products can be canceled before the product has been dispatched.

Eligible cancellations may receive:

  • Full refund, or
  • Refund after deduction of applicable payment gateway charges (if any)

After Dispatch

Once the order has been shipped or dispatched:

  • Cancellation requests may not be accepted
  • Delivery and handling charges may apply
  • Refund eligibility will depend on product condition and return approval

2. Rental Equipment Cancellation

Before Delivery

Rental bookings canceled before delivery or dispatch may be eligible for:

  • Full refund, or
  • Partial refund after administrative or processing deductions

After Delivery

If rental equipment has already been delivered:

  • Delivery and pickup charges may be deducted
  • Minimum rental period charges may apply
  • Security deposits will be adjusted according to equipment condition and pending dues

3. Emergency Deliveries

For emergency or urgent medical equipment deliveries:

  • Cancellation after dispatch may not be eligible for refund
  • Service and transportation charges may still apply

4. Refund Timeline After Cancellation

Approved refunds are generally processed within:

  • 3 to 10 business days

Refunds will be made through:

  • Original payment method
  • Bank transfer
  • UPI or approved digital payment methods

We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.


5. Non-Cancelable Orders

The following may not be eligible for cancellation:

  • Customized medical orders
  • Installed or used medical equipment
  • Opened consumables or hygiene products
  • Emergency healthcare support services already delivered

6. How to Request Cancellation

To request cancellation, customers must contact us with:

  • Order/Rental ID
  • Customer Name
  • Registered Phone Number
  • Reason for cancellation
