By purchasing or renting products from us, you agree to this policy.


1. Rental Equipment Return Policy

Return of Rental Equipment

Customers must return rental equipment:

  • On or before the agreed rental end date
  • In proper working condition
  • With all accessories, cables, masks, adapters, and components provided at delivery

Late returns may attract additional rental charges.


2. Security Deposit Refund

If a refundable security deposit was collected, it will be refunded after:

  • Successful inspection of the equipment
  • Verification that no parts are missing or damaged
  • Clearance of all pending dues

Refunds are generally processed within:

  • 3 to 10 business days

The refund timeline may vary depending on banks or payment providers.


3. Damaged or Missing Equipment

Customers are responsible for the safety and proper use of rented equipment.

Charges may apply if:

  • Equipment is physically damaged
  • Accessories are missing
  • Unauthorized repairs are performed
  • Equipment is exposed to water, fire, or mishandling

Repair or replacement costs may be deducted from the security deposit.


4. Product Return Policy

Eligible Returns

Purchased products may be returned only if:

  • Incorrect product was delivered
  • Product is defective at the time of delivery
  • Product was damaged during shipping

Issues must be reported within:

  • 24 hours of delivery

Supporting images or videos may be requested for verification.


5. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and medical safety regulations, the following products are non-returnable once opened or used:

  • CPAP/BiPAP masks
  • Tubing and breathing accessories
  • Nebulizer kits
  • Oxygen accessories
  • Consumable medical products
  • Personal-use respiratory items

Opened or used products cannot be returned unless they are found defective.


6. Cancellation Policy

Rental Orders

Rental orders canceled before dispatch may be eligible for a refund.

If canceled after dispatch, the following may be deducted:

  • Delivery charges
  • Pickup charges
  • Service handling fees

Purchase Orders

Orders for purchased products can only be canceled before shipping confirmation.


7. Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed via:

Refund processing time:
